"Help me if you can..."
BCT is always looking for people who are interested and willing to help. No experience is neccessary (though we're sure to put to use any special skills you might have!) We need enthusiastic able-bodied men and women to help in many different ways:
Individual Show Production Team Members
These include but are not limited to the following: Producer, Director, Stage Manager, Musical Director, Costume, Make-Up, Lighting and Sound Designers, Director's Assistant/ Prompter, PR, Graphic Design, Sponsorship Coordination, Ticket Sales Coordination, Front of House and Backstage Crew. Please take a look at what's now in rehearsal and see if you can help us out with any of our upcoming productions.
Committee and Sub-Committee Members
We are always looking for new people to serve on Bangkok Community Theatre's management committee and sub-committees. A new committee is voted in every February at the AGM, but sometimes a new member is co-opted mid-year to replace a member who is moving away. If you are interested in serving on the committee (or just learning more about it), contact one of the committee members by email or at the next Club Night. Again, no previous committee experience necessary!
Club Nights are another great way to get involved in BCT. We are always looking for new ideas for Club Night events and new people to run them. If you have an idea for a performing arts related club night, let us know!
