Thursday July 3rd is our next Club Night, and since the lovely Sev's off to China any minute now, it's going to be organised by me.

Don't miss the BCT Booth at the NHL & BC Street Fair and Used Book sale this weekend! It is free admission all weekend long. The Book sale is 9:30 to 16:00 on Saturday and Sunday, the Vendors are from 9:30 to 19:30 Saturday and Sunday and the fun fair (including the BCT booth) will be from 9:30 until 19:00 on Saturday.

Don't forget to come by - enter the BC through Silom Soi 18 or the Library from Suriwongse. See you there!

Calling all Directors for BCT's One Act Play Festival to be staged November 6 - 8, 2008 at MIFA International School. If you are interested in directing a play, whether or not you've directed before, please contact Jenny Raine at jenny.raine@gmail.com for more information. A meeting will be scheduled to talk with anyone interested in directing. Auditions for the one act plays are planned for September 14 and 15 so don't worry if you going to be away over the summer.

We can't make this happen without your help so please step up and volunteer to direct!

Have you heard that TheatreWorks and BCT will soon be staging a co-operative production of The Mikado? It is great news for all musical theatre lovers.

"Rumours" has sold out the Thursday, Friday and Saturday night performances but still has tickets left for Mon 26, Tues 27 and Wed 28. Call Now! Please note that this is a change from the usual first Thursday of the month! Sev Herbert will be leading this evening of play reading on Wednesday, May 7th at 7:30 pm. The play will be "Six Degrees of Separation" by John Guare.

That's right - "Rumours" tickets go on sale May 1st, 2008 so look at your calendar and start to work out which day you want to go now. It's great to get a table of 10 together and go with friends but it's also good fun to go as a couple or single and meet new people there on the night. Showdates are Thursday, May 22 through Wednesday, May 28th - no performance on Sunday May 25th.
